He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Newcomer and Buhla Whitmore Newcomer; and his sister Doris Ulbrich. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Sansenbaugher Newcomer; and his children, Debbie Payne (Glenn) of Canton and Larry Newcomer (Joyce) of Hudson, CO. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
