It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Miller (New Springfield, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Miller and Mary Miller; and his brother Eddy Miller. He is survived by: his spouse Susan A. Seltzer of East Palestine; his children, David W. Miller of New Springfield and Samantha A. Miller of East Palestine; his siblings, Dale Miller of New Springfield, Dean Miller of Pulaski, PA and Kathleen Carter of Youngstown; his granddaughter Lilith Miller-Wilson; and his close friend Randy Woods (Woodsy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
