He was predeceased by: his nephew Nick Bell (Jen). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his nieces, Elizabeth Hebb (Joshua) and Kristen Angle (Steven); his great-nephews, Houston and Huck; his brothers-in-law, John Bell and Mike Bell; and his pet Layla.
At his request, there will be no services, and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
