It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Kelbley of New Riegel, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian J. Kelbley and Oleta M. Kelbley (Theis); his children, Jeffery R. Kelbley and Pamela Jane Kelbley; his sister Mary Lou Frey; and his brother-in-law Robert F. Frey.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Mae Kelbley of New Riegel; his children, Deborah L. Salyer of Upper Sandusky, Lynn E Kelbley (Rebecca) of New Riegel and Neil Kelbley (Brenda) of McCutchenville; his brother Edward L. Kelbley (Diane) of New Riegel; and his grandchildren, Ashley McKinney, Andrew Kelbley, Charles Kelbley, Brian Kelbley, Amanda Bare, Angela Fout, Lee Kelbley, Dr. Paula Kelbley, Loretta Lichter, Austin Kelbley and Wesley Salyer. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
