He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl N. Perry and Lucille H. Perry (Siek); and his brothers, Jack Perry and Robert Perry. He is survived by: his wife Joan Elaine MacDonald; his children, Thomas Perry (Cheryl) of Wolfeboro, Lynn Clouse (Lenny) of New Riegel, James Perry (Ann) of Merrimack and Julie Kinnear (Gary) of Marion; his grandchildren, Robert Perry, Brittany Perry, Emily Hayes, Brian Clouse, Nicole Dorris, Lindsey Kalb, Alicia VanDenberghe, Kevin Perry, Sean Perry, Kendra Brunner and Katie Kinnear; and his great grandchildren, Paityn Clouse, Andon Clouse, Aria Kalb, Jaxson Kalb and Coley Dorris.
