He was predeceased by : his parents, George Elsworth and Jessie Kelch; his daughter Marlene Akers; his granddaughter Tiffany; his great grandchild Destiny; and his siblings, Leona Hilshorst, Pauline Elam, Gordon and Paul Kelch.

He is survived by : his wife Lucille R. Kelch; his children, Kathy Blankenship (Ron), Donna Garner (late Russell), Robert Kelch, Jr. and Esther Jean Allen; his brother George A. Kelch; and his grandchildren, Kody, Luke, Daisy, Drake, Satine, Ashly, Fallon, Emily and Terry.

Memorials may be given to the NRA, 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030.
