She was predeceased by : her parents, George Kelch and Jessie Kelch; her husband Billie Elam Sr.; her siblings, Paul Kelch and Leona Hilshorst; and her granddaughters, Michelle and Tasha Elam.
She is survived by : her sons, Billie Elam Jr. (Cindy), David Elam (Sharon), Floyd Elam, Andy Elam (Rita), Kelly Elam (Jennifer) and Dewey Elam; and her siblings, George Kelch, Robert Kelch and Gordan Kelch. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
