It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Leo Kelly (New Richmond, Ohio), born in Pendleton County, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Clarence and Jane Perry Kelly; and his siblings, Sarah Custer (Bob), Helen Keller (Charles), Frances Snow (Frank), Lewis Kelly (Mildred), Paul Wylie (Esby), Rosemary Bennett (Wallace), Mildred Kelly and Janet Rust.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Joyce; his children, Patricia Kelly of Cincinnati, OH and David Kelly (Ann) of West Chester, OH; his grandchildren, Melissa Ohntrup of Cincinnati, OH, David Ohntrup of Cincinnati, OH, Ryan Kelly of Indianapolis, IN and Michael Kelly (Jamie) of Carlsbad, CA; his sister Margie Ackman (late Marion) of Loveland, OH; and his brother-in-law Dick Rust (Jean) of New Richmond, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
