She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Smith (Linda) of Williamsburg and Vicki Smith (Daniel Carlotta) of Knoxville, Tennessee.; her husband Joel Lemoine; her stepdaughter Olivia Lemoine; and her siblings, Steven Smith (Tonia) of Hamersville, Shannon Smith of Goshen, Samantha Harcourt of Mt. Orab and Jeremy Smith of Williamsburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
