He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Bailey and Clarice Bailey (Stapleton); and his brothers, Dwight Dennis Bailey (Diane), Sherrill Gene Bailey (Brenda) and Robert Lee Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Mollie Bailey (Blackburn); his son Matthew Ryder Bailey; his granddaughter Madison Elizabeth Bailey (Mattie); and his sisters, Clarice Bailey Hoffer (Richard) and Patricia Bailey McKay (Dewey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
