He was predeceased by : his parents, Mattie Bourne and Mason Bourne; his child Glenn Mason Bourne; and his grandchild Glen Bourne. He is survived by : his wife Nell Bourne; his children, Carletta Blankenship (Dallas) and Russell David Fornash; and his grandchildren, Melissa Sebastian, Tina Grippa, Dawn Duncan, Bradley Blankenship, Justin Bourne, David Fornash and Greg Fornash. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great, great-grandchildren.
