He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Blackwell and Rose Blackwell (Brank). He is survived by: his family, David and Nancy Hensley; and his sisters, Dottie Lawson (Carlton) and Janette Carr. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
