He was predeceased by : his parents, Elizabeth Jane Windsor (Meyers) and Charles Henry Windsor; his sisters, Evelyn Windsor (Roehm) and Betty Windsor (Hull); and his children, Edna Joanna Windsor and Betty Windsor.

He is survived by : his wife Rosella Lee Windsor (Benjamin); and his children, Ethel Windsor, Brenda Windsor, Carol Windsor and Rob Windsor. He is also survived by children and great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.
