It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tonya Ousley of New Plymouth, Ohio, born in Athens, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn A. Perkins Ousley; and her brother Robert Coleman. She is survived by: her father Berley Ousley of Allensville; her children, Makenzie Travis (Nathaniel Leonard Weaver), Thomas "Tommy" Travis and David Rhodes; her grandson Bradley Leonard Weaver; her partner Weaver; and her siblings, Rose Coleman (John Kirby), Debrah Miller (Nate), Marty Ousley (Paula), Mark Ousley (Nancy) and Berley Ousley Jr. (Tim McKeny). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
