He was predeceased by: his parent Solomon Carol; and his sister-in-law Peggy Smallridge. He is survived by: his parent Daisy Marie Black Smallridge; his children, David C. Smallridge Jr. of Circleville, Michael Peters (Kelli) of Ashville, Christine Jones (Kenneth) of Plain City and Tiffany Peters of Circleville; his grandchildren, Brantley Peters, Cierra Grose, Arika Miller, Junior Anderson, Gabriella Crane and Scarlett Crane; and his siblings, Danny Smallridge of Nashville and Deborah Booth (Donald) of Vinton County. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
