He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jenkins and Marie Jenkins (Billingsley); his wife Margaret Jenkins (Gibbs); his son Jay Jenkins; and his siblings, Robert Jenkins, Marilyn Miller and Darlene Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Sally Figowy (David) of Cape Carteret and Jody Martin (Greg) of Erie, Michigan; his grandchildren, Josh Jenkins, Abby Beattie (Patrick), Hallie Jenkins (Ian Struhar), Haley Daniels (Tyler) and Morgan Phalen; his great grandchildren, Anne Beattie, Jack Beattie, Jon Monday Phalen, Nokomus Daniels, Connor Comtois and Even Kellar; his daughter-in-law Pam Jenkins; and also Tom Tecco. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
