He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Neighley; his son Robert Frohnapfel (Rebecca) of Scio; his brother Tom Frohnapfel (Barb); his mother-in-law Mary Neighley of Dover; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Wages (Greg) of New Philadelphia, Carol Negri (Toby) of New Philadelphia, JoAnn Duesenberry of Dover and Terry Sutton of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
