He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Harbaugh and Mildred Harbaugh (Uebel); his sons, John Hidey, Jim Hidey, Tom Hidey and Brady Hidey; and his siblings, Harland Harbaugh and Doris Sheets.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Harbaugh (Hostetler); his children, Darlene Wolfe (Jack), Fritz Hidey (Claudia), Martha Kilchenman (Bill), Eugene Harbaugh (Cindy) and Una Fox; his brother Ralph Harbaugh (Linda); and his friends, Jim Levengood and Todd Hupp. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
