With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Kelly Gowins of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Bill" Gowins and Karen Gowins (Poole); and his grandparents, Shirley and Bill. He is survived by: his son Christian Gowins of Cleveland; his sister Debbie Wellman (John) of Galloway; and his nephews, Zach Wellman (Amy) and Ian Wellman.
