He is survived by: his parent Mary Leggett (Farner); his niece Valerie Leggett of New Philadelphia; his nephew Donald Leggett (Vi) of Bolivar; and also, Joyce Frank of New Philadelphia and John Frank of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
