We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2021, at the age of 53, Wendy S. Clelland of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Lisa Marie Potts; and her grandparents, Jake Potts, John and Wilma Tylke. She is survived by: her parents, Roy Junior Potts, Sr. and Lois Carol Potts (Tylke) of Dover; her husband James Todd Clelland; her son Todd Michael Clelland; and her half-siblings, Roy Junior Potts, Jr. (Melinda), Jake Potts, John Edwin Rummes and Sara Potts Conway (Jeremy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, in addition to her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
