He is survived by: his children, Mike Heter of Newcomerstown, Jeanne Heter of New Philadelphia, Brenda "Pete" Heter of New Philadelphia and Suzanne Heter of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Ryan, Keely, Seth, Ian, Justis and Quenten; and his siblings, Marilyn Otte, Freddie Heter (Mary), Carlene Graham (Richard), Daniel Heter (Norma) and John Heter (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
