He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Maurer and Faye Warner Maurer; and his brother-in-law Richard Davis. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Maurer, Cindy Maurer and Douglas Maurer; and his siblings, Shirley Davis of New Philadelphia, James Maurer of New Philadelphia, Sue Cope (Leroy) of New Philadelphia and Rick Maurer (Bambi) of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, safety precautions will be taken. The 6-foot rule will be honored and all guests are to wear a mask.
