He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabatino Fischio and Angelina Fischio (Marchione); his siblings, Amico, Josephine, Clara, Pasquale, Mary and Frank; and his son-in-law Robert Sprague.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Fischio (Zengler); his children, Michael Fischio (Debra), John Fischio, Christine Sprague, Lori Phillips (Chopper) and Susan Hatcher (Jim); and his sisters, Erma Frew and Helen Sacherman. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
