He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Fantin and Emma Louise Fantin (Visintainer); his wife Mary "Louise" Fantin (Patrick); and his siblings, Louise Patrick, Frank Fantin, Jack Fantine and John Fantin.
He is survived by: his children, Annitta Flinn (Jerry) and Vincent Fantin (Andrea); his granddaughters, LeeAnn McMillan (Duane Hellier), Hannah Fantin and Hayley Fantin; his great grandchild Parker McMillan; his siblings, Norma Fantin, Daniel Fantin (Sharon Stutler) and Louis Fantin (Ruth); and his sister-in-law Shelby Fantin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
