He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Moore Sr. (Carolyn) of Fresno and Mary Short (Tracy Cook) of Midvale; his sister-in-law SuAnn Freeman; and his grandparents, Max, Darlene Moore, Bill and Dorothy Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Freeman Moore; his sisters, Nicole Moore and Jenniffer Moore; his half-siblings, Amber Miller, Douglas Jr. and Shawn Moore; his brother-in-law Tim Freeman (Amanda); and his grandparents, Wayne, Mary Short, Randall and Maxine Newsome. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
