He is survived by: his children, Rita Coen (Douglas) of Canton, Randy Adkins of New Philadelphia, Wayne Adkins (Judy) of New Philadelphia and Chris Adkins of New Philadelphia; and his siblings, Edward Adkins, Angie Chupp (Amos), April Houston (Bob) and Adam Adkins (Jackie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
