She was predeceased by: her parent Earl E.. She is survived by: her parent Sophia W. Beitzel (Hosfelt); her sons, Jeffrey Erb (Marcia) of New Philadelphia and Gregory Erb (Kimberly) of Columbus; her brother James Beitzel (Pauline) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Aaron Erb (Shannon) of Cleveland, Gretchen Garofoli (Marc) of Cleveland, Abigail Erb of Cleveland, Philip Erb (Jenn) of Cleveland, Jessica Pierson (Randy) of Columbus, Sarah Kimble (Chris) of Columbus, Adam Erb and Daniel Erb; and her siblings, Shirley Hollinger and Richard Beitzel. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
