He was predeceased by: his parent Chalmers Ted Lawver; his son Cody Allen Lawver; and his brother Daniel Lee Lawver. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Dyer (Garrett); his wife Jamie Lawver; his stepfather Wayne Dyer; his daughters, Dawn Edwards (Kene) and Jory Page Lawver (Cody Stull); his grandson Jimmy Everett; his great grandchild Everleigh Everett; and his brothers, Ted Lawver (Tina) and David Dyer (Tammy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
