He was predeceased by: his parents, Garthright Harper and Estelle Harper (Venable). He is survived by: his children, Tonya Tate of Texas, Shelbi Pullins (Brennon) of Magnolia and Casey France of Dover; his grandchildren, Madison "Maddie", Lyric "Chipmunk", Cadence "Moose", Brinlynn "Grinny" and Bennett "Hoss"; his great grandchild Schuyler "Big Sky"; and his friend Tami.
