She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lenhart and Ethel Lenhart; her husband Al Whitmer; her siblings, Bill Lenhart and Mimi Heminger; and her daughter-in-law Linda Immel.

She is survived by: her son Daniel of New Philadelphia; her sisters-in-law, Wendy Lenhart and Eleanor Whitmer; and her extended family, Jim, Cheryl and JT Rini.
