She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Everett and Cecilia Everett (Miller); her husband Otis Simmons; and her son Doug Simmons. She is survived by: her son Greg Simmons (Kay) of New Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Shawnte Cavanaugh (Chuck), Channon Horsfall (Craig Henderson), Shana Reichman, Courtney Guspyt (Ken), Shilo Simmons (Mabel) and Kyle Simmons (Leisha). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
