He was predeceased by: his parents, William Orr and June Orr Silva (Lynn); and his wife Cathy Orr (Pershina). He is survived by: his children, Deb Young (Jeff) of Uhrichsville, William "Bill" Orr of Deersville and Sam D. Orr II of Atlanta, Georgia; his sister-in-law Barbara Gedman of McDonald; his grandchildren, Stockton Young, Chase Orr and Rylie Orr; and also Liz Borovich of Bulger.
