He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his siblings, Dean Douglas and Charlene Pastor; his children, Ryan Douglas and Emily Cirullo (Bernie); his granddaughter Leah Cirullo; his stepson Wayne Woodard (Stephanie); and his stepgrandchildren, Justice, Kaydence, Ariel, Maddox, Micha, Mazie and Amelia Woodard.
At this time, the six-foot rule will be honored and all guests are required to wear a mask to enter the funeral home.
