He was predeceased by: his father Clyde "Bud" Levengood. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Levengood (Lahmers) of Beach City; his sons, Raymond "Buddy" Levengood (Wendy Coghe) of Bowerston and David Levengood (Tasha) of Bowerston; his grandsons, Sean, Andrew, Robby and DJ; his sisters, Barbara Bishop (Michael) and Mary Ann Miller (Fred); his mother-in-law Helen Grimes; and his siblings-in-law, Andy Grimes (Deanna Dutcher), Sherwin Grimes (DeEtta) and Sandy Dynarski (Joe). He is also survived by uncle and many aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
