He was predeceased by: his grandmother Hazel Schweitzer; his brother Paul; his granddaughter Darcy Krieger; and his brother-in-law Ronald Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Schweitzer (Weaver); his children, Richard Schweitzer, Jr. (Sherry), Karen Greco (Bret), Duane Schweitzer (Jill) and Sally Krebs (Blaine); his grandchildren, Sarah Braun (Donnie), Rachel Cunningham (Shawn), Zac Schweitzer (Tiffany), Cody Krebs (Jillian), Julieanne Greco (Kevin Myers), Jesse Krebs (Megan), Josh Schweitzer (Natalie) and Alicia Manly (Craig); his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Luke Braun, Crue, Hadley, Tegan Schweitzer, Jordyn, Donnie Braun, Adalynn Manly, Cody Krebs Jr. and Darcy Ann Krebs; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Weaver (Rose), Walter Weaver (Kathy), Mike Weaver (Lee) and Donald Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
