He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Maurer and Kevin Maurer; his brothers, Cliff Maurer (Sue) and Mike Maurer (Marsha); and his nieces, Megan Maurer, Michelle Lea, Christie Maurer and Jackie Maurer.
