He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Thomas and Katie Arth Thomas; his daughter Shirley Marie Thomas; and his siblings, Dorothy Hursey, Judy Clark and Gene Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Wright Thomas; his children, Sharon Paul (Ron) of New Philadelphia, Jodi Coe (Don) of New Philadelphia and Adam Thomas of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Ronnie, Gage, Riley, Gabrielle, Katie, Simon and Landon; his sister Karen Crites (Terry); and his pets, Toby and Roxy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
