He is survived by: his mother Vickie Scopel Bailey of Uhrichsville; his brothers, Dale Bailey of New Philadelphia and Jonas Bailey (Samantha) of Uhrichsville; and his half-siblings, Donald Bailey Jr. (Lisa) of Dennison, Ronald Bailey of Uhrichsville, Tamara Arthur of Uhrichsville and Leoria Smith of Sherrodsville, Ohio.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
