He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Prall and Beatrice Tomblin Prall; his siblings, Cecil Jr., Bill Prall, Helen Powell and Irma Zeigler; and his nephews, Bob and Samuel Sommers.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce D. Shinaberry; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Hamblin, Leslie Hoover, Sheri Lawrence (Larry), Joseph, Mitch Zeigler (Joni) and Tom Powell (Kelly).
Because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, it is asked that face masks be worn and social distancing observed.
