It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ray Kugler (New Philadelphia, Ohio), born in Stone Creek, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kugler and Hazel Wassem Kugler; his wife Betty Beitzel; and his siblings, Marie Koontz, Donna Rummell and Wayne Kugler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katharine Kugler of Dover and Debra Fischio (Michael) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Kimberly Hoover (Jay) of Pennsylvania, Kathryn Steinebrey (Brad) of Dover and Kevin Fischio (Beth) of Cincinnati; his great grandchild Jacob Fischio; his sister Ruth Ann Draher of Dover; and his sister-in-law Wilma "Mickey" Gasser of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
