We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, at the age of 96, Phyllis Jean Miller of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Denton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas C. Shuler and Edith Shields Shuler; her husband Robert W. Miller; her son-in-law Jean Reed (Carl); and her siblings, Thomas Shuler (Janice) and Leetta Herndon (Jim).
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Garrison (Steve) of Chillicothe and Carol Smith (Dennis) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Jennifer Henson (Brian), Scott Reed, Brian Garrison (Christi), Jill McKinney (Mike), Laura Hanlon (Aaron), Elaine Vukadinovich (David) and Jennifer Snyder (Ken); and her great grandchildren, Kendall, Grant, Blake Henson, Harper, Dylan, Charlotte Garrison, Gabriella, Lucy McKinney, Theodore Hanlon, Ethan, William Snyder, Sophia and Hayden Vukadinovich. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
