It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Lee Rivera of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Smith and Viola Smith (Ritenour); and her siblings, Gaylene Dreher and Paul David Smith. She is survived by: her children, Melody Lang (Richard) of New Philadelphia, Amanda Burnett of New Philadelphia and Otilio William Rivera (Kris) of Warren; her stepchildren, Wanda Rivera (Junior) of Geneva and Roberto Rivera, Jr. of Mentor; and her half-brother Robert Slemmer of Strasburg. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
