He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Hitchcock (Jimmy) of Dover; his grandson Dakota DeMattio; his close friend Kelsey Brown; his great grandchild Davina DeMattio; and his siblings, Jesse Copen of New Philadelphia, Pete Copen of Cleveland and Peggy Hendrickson (Stan) of Fairbanks, Alaska..
