He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kleyman (Collinsworth); his children, Trad Kleyman of Uhrichsville and Destiny Napier (Justin) of Uhrichsville; his grandchildren, Sophie, Brody Kleyman of Uhrichsville, Ryleigh, Emilynn Mazzoleni of Wainwright and Finnley Napier of Uhrischsville; and his sister Sandy Wagner of Dover.
