Wilbur of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Walter; her husbands, William Cook and James Wilbur; and her siblings, Charlotte Vietor, Richard Walter and Gerald Walter.
She is survived by: her daughter Carin "Carrie" Applegate of Dennison; her grandchildren, Cameron Armstrong, Jordan Applegate and Jocelynne Applegate; her siblings, Christine Chester (Dave), Robert Walter, Annette Mural (Greg) and Doreen Sykes (Brian); and her brother-in-law Klaus Vietor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
