She is survived by: her husband Loren Blackwell; her children, Nicholas Blackwell of New Philadelphia and Jennifer Blackwell of Washington Courthouse; her sister Denise Miller of Rock Hill; and her nieces, Alisha Orefice of Canby, Natasha Bailey of Rock Hill and Jessica Stephens of York.
