It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma J. Leggett of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Patrick Snyder and Marjorie Mae Snyder (Meiser); her brother Jim Snyder; her niece Kathy Brinkerhoff; and her nephew Bob Espenschied.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Leggett of New Philadelphia; her daughter Beth Swisshelm (Tom) of Stone Creek; her grandchildren, Megan Brannon (Tyrone) and Nathan Swisshelm of Stone Creek; her great grandchildren, Collin Swisshelm of Stone Creek, Cooper of Stone Creek and Dustin Brannon of Stone Creek; her sister Elizabeth Devore (Fred) of Dover; her nephews, Mark, James Snyder and Kevin Devore; her stepchildren, Cherie Adams (Mark) of Pittsburgh, Donnie Leggett (Kelly) of Lancaster and Rod Leggett of New Philadelphia; and her pet Mollie.
