She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hunter and Margaret Hunter; her brother Jeff Hunter of New Philadelphia; and her father-in-law Jerry Horn. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry L. Horn Jr.; her daughters, Mikayla Marie and Jenna Lee; her siblings, Mary Butler (Darrell) of Dennison and John Hunter (Patty) of Uhrichsville; her sister-in-law Dawn Hunter of Florida; her mother-in-law Janet Horn; her sister-in-law Deanna Horn of New Philadelphia; and her friend Teresa Horn (Daniels) of New Philadelphia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
