He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Bernard. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Smith Bernard of New Philadelphia; his daughter Danielle Korintus of Virginia; his brothers, John Korintus of New Philadelphia and Brent Bernard (Christie) of Dayton; and his nieces and nephews, Bailey and Brock Bernard. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
